GROUND RULES
At Tiverton Town FC
The ground rules, as laid out below, have been put into place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all spectators and supporters who visit the Ian Moorcroft Stadium. Anyone who is found to be in breach of any of the rules faces expulsion from the stadium with the likelihood of a banning order also being issued.
-
Tiverton Town FC will not tolerate any form of discrimination towards and against any individuals regarding race, colour, gender or sexual orientation and religious beliefs. In addition, the club will also not tolerate any forms of bullying or harassment, whether this be verbal or physical.
-
Only alcohol that has been purchased at the ground may be consumed on the premises and if spectators and visitors wish to take drinks outside (into the stands) the drinks must be in plastic containers or cans. Glasses and glass bottles are not permitted outside of the clubhouse/bar areas. Any alcohol that has been purchased outside of the stadium will be confiscated and disposed of.
-
Pyrotechnics, fireworks and flares are forbidden from being brought into the stadium. Any such items will be confiscated and destroyed.
-
The yellow painted walkways around the perimeter of the pitch must be kept clear at all times and spectators and visitors must not stand in these areas whilst the match is in progress.
-
The pitch perimeter wall must not be sat on at any time whilst the match is in progress. Additionally, spectators and visitors must not enter the pitch whilst the match is underway, unless under the direct instruction of a matchday steward or club official.
Our matchday volunteer stewards serve to ensure that the club rules are adhered to by all spectators and visitors to the Ian Moorcroft Stadium, as well as acting as safety numbers in the event of an emergency and the stewards are to be respected and their instructions must be followed.
