YELLOWS will begin their Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South campaign away on the artificial turf of Merthyr Town on Saturday, August 10.
Three days after that opening fixture, Tivvy have their first home match of the season on Tuesday, August 13, when Dorchester Town visit the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.
The following Saturday, August 17, they are again at home, where they will face the first the division’s new teams for the 2024-25 season, Chertsey Town.
One of the fixtures sure to be marked with a big read ring by Yellows’ supporters is the visit of Taunton Town, but that does not happen until Boxing Day, Thursday, December 26, with the return fixture at the Cooper Associates County Ground scheduled as Tivvy’s final away trip, on Easter Bank Holiday Monday, April 21.
The final game of the campaign (play-offs notwithstanding) is on Saturday, April 26, when Town are at home to another team new to the league, Marlow.
The two games against Devon rivals Plymouth Parkway also fall on Bank Holidays, with Parkway visiting Ladysmead on Monday, August 26 and the return in Plymouth on New Year’s Day, Wednesday, January 21.
In between Taunton at home on Boxing Day and Parkway away on New Year’s Day, Tivvy take a trip to Chertsey on Saturday, December 28 – three testing games in just six days.
Other fixtures of note see Joe Parker’s former club Gloucester City rack up at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium on Tuesday, September 24; Havant & Waterlooville in town on Saturday, January 11; and Frome visit on Saturday, March 11.
Saturday, August 31 is set aside for the first round of the Emirates FA Cup, while the opening round of the Isuzu Trophy is on Saturday, October 26.
