YELLOWS have extended Alex Fletcher's loan spell from Weston-super-Mare until the end of the season.
Fletch returned to the Ian Moorcroft Stadium at the end of February for a third spell with Tivvy on an initial month's loan, and has featured in all four games since arriving back.
The 24-year-old from Newton Abbot has scored once, an emotional goal five minutes into his Ladysmead return against AFC Totton, and has formed a formidable strike partnership with Joe Parker.
That firepower in attack could be a huge benefit for Tivvy as they seek to avoid a Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South relegation fight in the latter stages of the season.
Alex's overall record with the Yellows is now a highly impressive 18 goals in 25 matches, while Joe, on loan from Gloucester City has now
scored seven goals in as many games.
We are grateful to Weston for allowing Alex to complete the season at the IMS.
Well done to WSM 👍 of course I wish Alex all the best in his career and I’m sure he wants to play at the highest level, but I’d love to see him with us for 24/25 too!
