Tiverton Town FC are delighted to announce that striker Daniel Koita has committed himself to the Yellows ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Dan, who grew up and played youth football here in Tiverton, joined the club in January from Okehampton and almost immediately won favour with the Yellow faithful with his pace, effort and work rate, and eventually re-found his goalscoring touch with the opening goal in a 2-1 win over Bracknell and then went on a spree, scoring five times in five matches.
Player manager Asa Hall could barely hide his delight when asked about Dan re-joining: "Steve and I are over the moon, we really are. Dan is such a talent and its no surprise that he was the subject of interest from teams higher up the pyramid over the summer, so as I say, we`re thrilled he`s back with us. His pace, power and finishing ability are going to be a real thorn in the side of defences this season".

Dan, on signing on the dotted line, added: "Delighted to be back and can`t wait to get going again. I really enjoyed it so much when I got my chance last season, the fans and everyone at the club made me feel like one of their own, right from the start and helping us stay up at the end of last season was also a great feeling. I hope I can carry on where I left off with more goals and assists".
Welcome back, Dan 💛
