Moving On

Tor Swann

TIVERTON have said their goodbyes to four of their first-team squad as they gird their loans for a second-half-of-the-season battle to stay in the Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South.

Midfielders Tor Swann, who came to Ladysmead earlier in the current campaign, and Javan Wright, who was in his second season with Yellows, have left for pastures new.

Manager Rob Dray said: "Tor wanted more game time, which we couldn't really guarantee him. To be honest, our shape and how we set ourselves up probably didn't help him. Sometimes that happens.

"So he goes with our blessing and we wish him good luck at Exmouth.

"Jav wants to drop down a level; he wants to go and find his confidence at Step 4.

"He has been a really good servant to the club, a thoroughly good lad and no trouble whatsoever, so we wish him well."

Weston-super-Mare loanees Oli Jenkins and Bailey Kempster have also returned to their parent clubs.

Go well, guys.

Javan Wright
