Thank You Scott!

Tiverton Town FC confirm that Joint Manager Scott Rogers will be departing the club in order to take up the position of Assistant Manager at National League South club Weston Super Mare AFC.

Whilst disappointed to be losing such a valued member of staff the club respects Scott’s decision to want to move up the football pyramid and we wish him and his family every success and happiness in the future.

Naturally given his massive contribution, with 398 appearances, 2 FA Vases and several promotions as player and latterly joining his uncle Martyn as joint team manager for 135 games, he will always be a welcomed visitor back at Tivvy.

Scott will make his farewell appearance for the Yellows in the dugout at tomorrow

afternoon’s pre-season home game against Truro City FC (kick off 3pm).

As a subsequence of Scott’s departure the club can confirm that Martyn Rogers will take sole charge of First Team matters supported by Assistant Manager Richard Pears and First Team Coach Alex Pope.
