Captain, Centurion and Clubman.
Last Saturday when leading the team out at AFC Totton, Matt Britton completed 100 games for The Yellows. The combative and often inspirational 30-year-old midfielder is popular with both players and supporters alike.
Nearing the end of a third season at Tiverton Town, Matt travels from Bristol to play in matches and attend training. He was signed by Martyn Rogers in 2022, during the close season, having previously played for Swindon Supermarine, Larkhall Athletic and Cadbury Heath.
Appointed as captain by Leigh Robinson for the current campaign, he can be proud of the way he has handled himself and led the team in often difficult circumstances.

A personable man with a positive outlook, he always gives his time generously off the pitch, which I know is truly appreciated by our fans. Matt will once again be taking the captains armband and leading the lads out on Saturday against Gosport Borough.
Congratulations Skipper, on your hundred games !
