TIVERTON TOWN LADIES ANNOUNCED FOR 2025/26

Tiverton Town FC are delighted to announce the addition of a brand new, Tiverton Town Ladies team ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Vice Chairman Matt Conridge, said "I’m absolutely delighted to have Kye and the women on board. It’s another huge step towards becoming a community based club and brings a number of new people into the club. I encourage everybody to get behind the women and give them your support".

The announcement comes following the Tiverton Town U16’s successful debut season, celebrating an undefeated season and looking forward to a cup final in the next few weeks. Kye, who will be taking the manager role of Tiverton Town ladies next season said, "We are delighted to become Tiverton Town Women next season".

"With the standard of women’s football in Devon getting better and better, it is fantastic to have the full support of a club the size of Tiverton behind us. We are beyond excited to provide such a great platform for local girls/women to play football".

Amy, the club skipper also spoke to Tiverton Town media, she said, "Joining Tiverton Town Football Club is an exciting and proud moment for all of us. We’re here to create something special, succeed on the pitch and show that there’s always a place for women and girls in football".

"I believe there’s always room for progress in the game and to have the support of the club and community will be huge for us. We are genuinely looking forward to the challenge and as a local girl myself, I’m hoping to see the girls game grow in Tiverton".

Meetings are to be held with the relevant bodies over the next few weeks before we can officially announce leagues and competition that the ladies will compete in.
