The scheduling of the second-round game at Newton Abbot Recreation Ground means that Tivvy's Pitching In Southern League Premier South match at Winchester will need to be re-arranged.
Spurs reached round two by way of a penalty shootout victory over fellow South West Peninsula League East Division side Torrington after the first-round tie had finished 2-2.
Kick-off is 7.30pm.
