• We would advise those looking to pay with cash on the day to arrive earlier to avoid queues and potential delays in your experience.​​

• Season Ticket holders must bring their Ticket Card with them. Providing your ticket number may not be accepted at the Pass Gate and you may need to show your ticket to the members of staff at the Pass Gate.

• For those looking to use concession ticket we would advise you to bring additional identification in case as we may ask for proof of concession holder status. If you do not bring proof of identity or purchase a concession ticket wrongly we reserve to right to demand further payment.​

• We hold a zero tolerance view in regards towards staff and club officials, all instances will lead to expulsion from the ground. Season Ticket holders may also lose access to matches in line with the terms and conditions of your ticket purchase.​ We remind all fans that we do not tolerate any abusive language towards any player, staff member or other fans.​
